    Ricardo, thanks for posting.
    I must make two corrections!
    – 9 calories are in 1g of fat
    – I use 2 teaspoons (4g) of matcha for a smoothie (DON’T use 2 tablespoons (12g)! It will probably taste terrible and will have a lot of caffeine!)
